Description of problem:
rh-nodejs6-nodejs-tough-cookie package contains link to punycode module but nothing provides the target.

Unreleased! rh-nodejs6-2.4-2.el7.x86_64
Unreleased! rh-nodejs6-nodejs-tough-cookie-2.3.2-2.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install rh-nodejs6*
2. scl enable rh-nodejs6 'npm ls -g'

Actual results:
npm ERR! error in /opt/rh/rh-nodejs6/root/usr/lib/node_modules/tough-cookie/node_modules/punycode: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/opt/rh/rh-nodejs6/root/usr/lib/node_modules/tough-cookie/node_modules/punycode'

Expected results:
rh-nodejs6-nodejs-punycode package should exist to provide the target /opt/rh/rh-nodejs6/root/usr/lib/node_modules/punycode
