Description of problem:
Upgrade from FC2 to FC3.  Installation found previous installation of
FC2.  At "Welcome to ..." screen, clicked "OK".  Exception was caught
sometime after that.  Dump attached.

1. Insert 1st CD ROM
2. Reboot computer
3. Start installation

There are tons of errors in the log from reads on the CD failing.
