Description Matt Reid 2017-01-26 21:02:29 UTC
Description of problem:
I just finished a deployment and only some of our products are listing out the configured passwords I need to access them. I see obscured passwords I can reveal for OSP and OCP, but RHV and CFME only list the username, no passwords are displayed. I would expect that all of the passwords needed to access my new systems would be shown here. We're missing some passwords that were configured.

For RHV, I set a root password and an engine admin password.
For OSP, I set an admin password for the overcloud.
For OCP, I set a password for the cloudsuite-install user.
For CFME, I set a root pw, admin pw, and database pw.

All but one of these are shown on Review. The only missing one is the OCP account pw, which isn't shown underneath the username. The user and pw are shown that were used to access and detect the undercloud, but these were not set through QCI.

Shouldn't we show all of the final passwords on the Summary screen, next to the URLs? I thought the intent was to provide users with the necessary information here to log into all of the systems that QCI just set up for them.

On the Summary screen for a deployment of RHV, OSP, OCP, and CFME, I see:
Undercloud pw (which wasn't set through QCI, just used for detection)
Overcloud pw (we set that)
OCP pw (we set that)

I think we need to add the OCP password to the Review screen.
On the Summary screen, we should add the RHV engine admin password, as well as the CFME web admin password.
I'm not sure if we need the undercloud credentials on Summary, since they weren't set through QCI, and we would access the Overcloud to interact with OSP.
