Description of problem:
This is getting a little nitpicky, but the Portal credential fields on the Content Provider step seem far apart from each other. They look farther apart than other fields (like the password fields on CFME or OSP).

Might want to examine spacing between fields throughout and try to clean up consistency. If we want to tackle that, maybe we can expand the scope of this BZ to cover it.
