Description of problem:
Win10 QXL-WDDM-DOD driver in VGA mode on enable causes the screen to stay black

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.15

How reproducible:
See 'additional info'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the system with QXL-WDDM-DOD driver disabled
2. Enable the driver

Actual results:
The display is black and stays so until system is restarted.

Expected results:
The screen shown properly 

Additional info:
It is still under investigation what are exact requirement to the setup/BIOS (reproducible, for example, on Fedora). The problem happens when the driver on startup does not receive POST information from the OS (which can happen according to https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh451339(v=vs.85).aspx)

Fixed in release 0.16 of qxl-wddm-dod
