Description of problem:

The HTML send by fedoraproject.org server is fairly broken:

</body></html>

Also, there's this huge footer which does not scroll with the page and thus cover some links.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virt-preview/fedora-25/x86_64/
2. observe big footer covering actual links
3. view source
4. observe invalid HTML
  
Actual results:
Broken HTML & CSS.

Expected results:
I'd expect that I no longer need to disable footer just to download some links.
