Description of problem:
When opening any pdf file, it creates the sidebar of chapters.  When
you select a chapter or title within the chapter it does not navigate
through the document instead it will put you to the top of the pdf
file.  Also gpdf seems much slower xpdf.

gpdf-2.8.0-8

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open pdf document
2. Navigate with chapter sidebar
3.
    

Actual Results:  does not navigate to proper location

Expected Results:  navigated to proper location in document
