Description of problem:
When generating sosreports it is sometimes needed to limit the amount of log files gathered. sosreport thus has the --log-size option to limit the amount of MB per module.
Apparently in the current version, --log-size is not effective:


	[vagrant@RHGS1 ~]$ sudo sosreport --build --batch --verbose --only-plugins "gluster" --log-size=1

Actual results:
More than 1MB of log files were collected

Expected results:
Only 1MB of logs should be collected
