Red Hat Virtualization 4.0 must be added to the list of supported virtualization platforms in the following section of the Director Installation and Usage guide:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/10/single/director-installation-and-usage/#virtualization_support

This change must be only be added after QE has tested and confirmed.

Note that from 4.0 onwards, Red Hat Virtualization drops 'Enterprise' from its name.
