Description of problem:

Verify upgrade procedure for RHOSP 11 (Ocata) -> RHOSP 12 (Pike) for both compute control plane services and compute nodes, attach any bugs uncovered for action.

Verification should include live migration procedure (live migrating workloads of each host before upgrading it).

Closing this out as CURRENTRELEASE given the required testing has already been carried out by the Upgrades DFG as part of their work for Pike/OSP 12.
