Description of problem:
 I've noticed this in my own labs, and now a customer told me the same ...

"Deployment is complete , and it took 2 hours 20 minutes. Where as RHEL 7.3
and OSP 9 used to take about 1:30 minutes."

is there a significant increase in deployment time with OSP 10?

This hasn't been a problem for us with a moderate deployments of 32 nodes. We have seen deployment times around 60-90 minutes.
