This is a request for building "python-requests" against EPEL7, as this is needed for the COPR project.

I'm willing to assist in the testing and maintaining of this package

python-requests is part of RHEL:

$ python is_it_in_rhel.py python-requests
python-requests is not in RHEL 5
python-requests is in RHEL 6;   version: 2.6.0;   arch: noarch
python-requests is in RHEL 7;   version: 2.6.0;   arch: noarch

And as such cannot be included in EPEL.
