Description of problem:
When choosing "Edit > ChangeLog Entry" on an empty workspace a Null pointer is
generated

eclipse-changelog-2.0.1-3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create fresh workspace
2. Choosing "Edit > ChangeLog Entry"
 
Actual results:
Null Pointer

Expected results:
no Null pointer
