Forgot to mention that it owns same directory provided by httpd-filesystem. |
Basically you need to replace %config(noreplace) %{_sysconfdir}/httpd/conf.d/ with something like %config(noreplace) %{_sysconfdir}/httpd/conf.d/%{name}*
