I think we can just close the other review as duplicate, from what I've seen the user is not contributing actively anymore. Last login on FAS over 6 months ago.

All checks are good, rpmlint messages are just warnings that can be ignored. 

Would you mind adding these 2 commits?

- pkg-config file as required by latest VLC snapshots:

Are you still interested in this package? Can I take over the review? I have a valid DCP cinema license that was given to me by a friend to test DCP support in VLC, I can open some signed DCP packages with a valid timestamp.

Of course you will get access after the approval.
