The patches also include updating the queries for better performance/

There were several fixes to the queries for information that was incorrectly calculated like average memory and cpu usage. Also changed the queries so the will be more efficient. Updated the views version for it to match the engine version.

I believe this requires full testing of the results of the dashboards, dwh related widgets, cpu, memory, disk.

Also should test if there was an improvement in the queries run time.

On DWH database there are no 4_0 views called and dao related queries have similar or better time.
Calculation were tested in Bug 1401010.
