Description of problem:

The versions of perl-Code-TidyAll in
Fedora 24 and 25 are outdated:
perl-Code-TidyAll-0.49-1.fc25 (Released July 2016)
perl-Code-TidyAll-0.44-1.fc24 (seamingly an inoffical, never formally released snapshot)

Please consider to update them a more recent version.

Origin of this request is me being unable to add 
perl-Code-TidyAll-Plugin-Test-Vars to fedora 24 and 25, 
because it requires Code::TidyAll > 0.50

There was bigger changes in 0.50 and I don't want to add it to Fedora 24.

Btw, Code-TidyAll-0.44 was official release (BZ#1325875)

Yep. This change is the reason for Code-TidyAll-Plugin-Test-Vars to want 0.50.

Hmm, http://search.cpan.org/dist/Code-TidyAll lists 0.20, then 0.48, but no 0.44.

Also, neither http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/DROLSKY/ (current maintainer) nor 
http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/JSWARTZ/ (previous maintainer) has it.
