Description of problem:
The up2date panel icon is constantly red.
Sometimes I click it, and no updates are available, but the icon stays
red.

Today I click it, and some Omni packages need updating.
I go through the wizard, and "my system is up to date".

I thought it was a mirror problem at first, but I updated Omni
manuylla a few hours ago using up2date -u.
