Package uses -Werror so fails on use of deprecated C++03 features:

../../../include/utilspp/functor/Functor.hpp:57:18: error: 'template<class> class std::auto_ptr' is deprecated [-Werror=deprecated-declarations]

It should either stop using -Werror or build with -std=gnu++03

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
