I'll kick off a scratch build to see if there are other issues. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'. The ctypes compilation issue was caused by new declarations introduced by GCC 7 which is used in F26. Tracked and fixed upstream in https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3331#comment:46 I attach here the needed small patch for 7.0.5 (i.e., https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/changeset/71223). This is now done. grass-7.4.0-2.fc27 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 27. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-e13babe183 grass-7.4.0-2.fc27 has been pushed to the Fedora 27 testing repository.
