Description of problem:

Ocserv is not compiled with liboath support though liboath is available in EPEL.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable EPEL testing
2. yum install -y ocserv
3. ocserv --version

Actual results:
ocserv 0.11.7

Compiled with: seccomp, tcp-wrappers, radius, gssapi, PAM, PKCS#11, AnyConnect
GnuTLS version: 3.3.24

Expected results:
ocserv 0.11.7

Compiled with: seccomp, tcp-wrappers, radius, gssapi, PAM, PKCS#11, AnyConnect, oath
GnuTLS version: 3.3.24

There is a problem of liboath in epel7. There is no build for ppc64. I'm waiting for it to be fixed in order to submit a fix.
