This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.

FTBFS was caused by rebase of openssl to version 1.1.0. Note that I didn't port the code to openssl-1.1.0 yet. For now I just build it against compat-openssl-10. I was unable to verify all implications of this. On federa-devel it was reported couple of times that mapping both versions of openssl in a single process works fine.
