Update composable roles info in NFV Planning/Config guide as follows:
 - 3 small concepts to describe each role. 
 - 3 Procedures to show each role in use and how to edit to match customer environment.

Shifting to composable roles for ovs-dpdk and sr-iov. OVS is part of the default compute role and doesn't need separate documentation.
