This sounds like a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1353979 Yes, it does. But it was working in previous versions so I thought it might be different issue. Interesting...can you try applying the changes from https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-amazon/pull/35 and see if it resolves the issue? There is no folder amazon in /var/www/miq/vmdb/app/models/manageiq/providers It was pulled out of the main repo, check /var/www/miq/vmdb/gems/manageiq-providers-amazon Yes, I can see the old code here. Trying with the new one now. Okay, I can confirm that it works with applying this PR. Add an instance without name to ec2 region (I had 3 instances without name and stopped) 2. Add that region provider to CFME 3. Try to do manual refresh when autorefresh fails... Actual results: Evm.log error log attached. Expected results: Additional info:
