Description of problem:
As FedoraHosted will be retired on 2017 Feb 28, it is recommended to
migrate to pagure.io.

cmake-fedora-2.7.1-1.fc25

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make release
2.
3.

Actual results:
cmake-fedora still references fedorahosted and upload to it, like following message

Scanning dependencies of target upload_fedorahosted_modules


Expected results:

Message should shows pagure.io
Upload should support pagure.io
MANAGE_UPLOAD_FEDORAHOST will be an alias to
MANAGE_UPLOAD_PAGURE

Pagure does not support SCP upload yet. So MANAGE_UPLOAD_FEDORAHOST cannot be an alias to MANAGE_UPLOAD_PAGURE
