Test plan for QXL-WDDM-DOD

Description of problem:

There is a new build of spice-qxl-wddm-dod (0.16.0) that fixes a number of problems found in previous builds and considered stable.

It needs to be tested according to the test plan attached.

Remember that QXL-WDDM-DOD needs the recent spice agent (version 0.8.0, see the commit https://cgit.freedesktop.org/spice/win32/vd_agent/commit/?id=3616a7ed383bf5abf767da508d03876ba9f2112b for more info)

Bug 1444472 seems more like a RFE with suggestions to improve the protocol to have it... surely not a regression. Not sure why it blocks this bug.

Bug 1444429 and Bug 1444080 are open just to ensure that rebased vdagent on Bug 1444514 works correctly (ON_QA)

IMHO, we might remove the depends on Bug 1444472 and have this ready as soon as the rebased vdagent bug gets VERIFIED (without issues with 1444429 and 1444080)

oVirt 4.2.0 has been released on Dec 20th 2017, please consider re-targeting this bug to next milestone
