Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/15108 has been resolved.

Verified.

Version Tested : Satellite-6.3 Snap 10

1. created new user "tuser1"
2. created new role "testrole1" with random filters
3. clone created role to "testrole2"
4. try to assign "testrole2" to user - role assigned
5. try to delete "testrole2" - deleted
