Latest Upgrade trigger job(6.2 to 6.3) dated 2107-12-06 on Jenkins run #80 is completed successfully.

The satellite upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3 is successful!

No such error as described in Description has been seen.

So changing the state of bug to Verified.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
