To avoid memory bloat issues in the nova-api workers, the nova project is planning to add pagination logic to the simple-tenant-usage API extension in Ocata.

This might require some minimal documentation in the "Introduction to the OpenStack Dashboard" guide

After discussing with Martin, it doesn't seem like it is necessary to include this in the Dashboard guide.

Have written draft doc text for the dev bug for inclusion with the release notes.
