Description of problem:

There's a typo in the pcp-selinux postinstall script:

  Installing  : pcp-selinux-3.11.8-1.fc25.x86_64                                                                                                                                                          538/1497

 (No such file or directory).

 (No such file or directory).
semodule:  Failed on %{localstatedir}/lib/pcp/selinux/pcpupstream.pp!
