Description of problem:
After the atomic repo was added and synced on RHUA, an atomic host won't be able to pull the content. The repo should be re-synced again.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add atomic repo
2. sync it
3. create a package for atomic host
4. install atomic package on atomic host
5. pull content

Atomic content is deprecated in RHUI 4, and RHUI 3 has reached its EOL. Closing.
