performance/md-cache: Add an option to cache all xattrs for an inode

Summary:
- We add an option to cache all extended attributes for an inode
- This is an option to bypass the whitelisted xattrs to cache

Test Plan:

We are not looking into these right now. We hope the latest branches are in good shape with respect to the test case spurious failures. Please upgrade to latest version and let us know how does this work.
