Description of problem:

When I copy a chargeback report, if I just change the name of the report, the "add" button is not able to be clicked.  I have to first edit an attribute of the report before being able to add the copied chargeback report.

I just set the customer escalation flag.  We need to get some form of fix to the customer.
I'd like to offer them a copy of whatever we have in QA now. We can let them decide whether them want to run it now or wait for QA to finish.  

So when will the QA be finished??

Able to copy and create a new report from existing chargeback report without any fail.
