Description of problem:
When one dnf install yank,  it is not complete. manual install of xsel is necessary to make it work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
f24-f27

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install yank
2. echo a | yank-cli
3. enter
yank-cli: xsel: No such file or directory


Actual results:
yank-cli: xsel: No such file or directory
=> no correct behaviour

Expected results:
no error and correct behaviour.
