Reassigning to correct component, as chattr.1 man page is not part of man-pages package.

Comment 3 Eric Sandeen 2017-03-08 02:18:25 UTC
commit a93a4c724f20f752bb49639f6704bc5d2f8f00bd
Author: Theodore Ts'o <tytso>
Date: Thu Jul 10 00:47:40 2014 -0400

Fix nroff macro issue in chattr man page

The single quote character must not be in the first character in a
line, or else it can get mistaken as a macro call.
