This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

libfabric (bz1382827, bz1408316) will be updated to upstream release v1.4.1. We should update fabtests to 1.4.1 for libfabric testing. It seems to late to open a package rebase at this point, but fabtests is a leaf package, it is low risk.
