Hello,
I don't use Bluetooth so i removed it right after setting up my PC.
However the new version of cinnamon, 3.2.8-14.fc25,  REQUIRES to have it.

In the cinnamon.spec, on line 145 & 146:
# required for bluetooth applet
Requires:       cinnamon-applet-blueberry



That means pulling in: [output from 'dnf upgrade']

Installing:

 bluez-obexd
 bluez-tools
 cinnamon-applet-blueberry
 gnome-bluetooth
 gnome-bluetooth-libs
 libical
 pulseaudio-module-bluetooth

Please, make it optional.
I would preffer using 'Suggests: ' for not installing it at all, but atleast 'Reccomends: ', so I can have Bluetooth packages excluded in /etc/dnf/dnf.conf
