RHGS SSL/TLS encryption is not turned on through cockpit UI for HC. But the user can edit the gdeploy config file before deployment.

During this time, if a customer has already decided to go with RHGS encryption, then he could refer to the doc and edit the gdeploy config file turn on RHGS SSL/TLS encryption on management and data path
