How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration -> Management -> Configured systems
2. Try to add a filter
3.

Actual results:
After saving no flash message is displayed. And filter is not shown in my filters.
On the second try it was saved but tree view disappeared as I already reported in different BZ.

Still broken in 5.9.0.8 except tree view doesn't disappear anymore.

Verified in 5.10.0.3. Filters are working correctly on configured systems page.
