The fc25-update is causing numerous testsuite failures in rt's testsuite - Downgrading to 0.41 fixes these immediately.

I don't know yet, if these are issues are caused by rt's testsuite or by perl-DBD-MySQL-4.042, but ATM I am inclined to believe 0.42 is largely  incompatible to 0.41 or bugged.

I now know, it's not just rt's testsuite: perl-DBD-MySQL-4.042 breaks rt. 

At least, I am observing runtime issue in rt, which immediately vanish when downgrading to perl-DBD-MySQL-4.041.
