Can we have a paragraph stating what minimum privileges does the RHV user needs to be able to operate with all functionalities of CloudForms(refresh and create VMs).

Thank you for raising this bug.

This issue has also been raised in BZ#1373546, and we have been pursuing an email thread with engineering recently to receive these details.

I will close this bug as a duplicate, but you are welcome to add your case to that bug, and I will raise a new needinfo request there to push ahead with this specific request.
