Description of problem:

Go to Services > Catalogs, Catalog Items accordion.
Expand a catalog item in the tree, and click on it.
I'd expect to see the same number of items on the left and on the right.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Services > Catalogs, Catalog Items accordion.
2. Expand a catalog item in the tree, and click on it.
3. compare the expanded tree nodes with the list on the right side

Actual results:

the tree shows all catalog items, while the right side only shows catalog items with "Display in Catalog" enabled


Expected results:

both should be the same - all catalog items should be shown in the Catalog Items accordion, not only the the ones with "Display in Catalog"


Additional info:

In the "Catalog" accordion, the reverse should be true - only items with "Dsiplay in Catalog" should be shown, both in the tree and in the right side list
