Verified vncserver_listen is no longer configured to 0.0.0.0

[root@compute-1 ~]# grep vncserver_listen /etc/nova/nova.conf 
vncserver_listen=172.17.1.21

Verified on openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-5.2.0-18.el7ost.noarch
