Description of problem:
Hello i have try to use HBCI with my Smartcard from my bank. But i can
not select use SC becoause the field is gray. I have found out, that a
lib is missing. It calls libchipcard. www.libchipcard.de. I thing it
is needed to add this package.

gnucash-1.8.9-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to use a Smartcard with it.

Actual Results:  Field for selecting SC is grayed out.

Expected Results:  That i can use my SC.

If libchipcard is installed separately, it *should* work. I'm not sure
it will be added into Fedora Core ATM.
