Description of problem:

Timelines button is available but not being collected on CFME web UI
All providers timelines.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.4

How reproducible:
100% 
tested Chrome and Firefox

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to CFME UI
2. navigate to compute --> cloud --> providers
3. select the cloud provider
4. click the timelines button 

Actual results:
Wheel spinning timelines events not been collected

Expected results:

Collect timelines, alert in case there is a connectivity, API issue, kill the process
