Description of problem:
To all maintainers: who will package 2.3.0 will have to remove my patch about OpenSSL SSLeay_add_all_algorithms() because no longer needed.

I meant the patch added as patch'n' in the spec file

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.
