review notes before approving
- I would change the Summary to eg. OpenBLAS architecture macros
- the content of the macros.openblas-srpm file should be like http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/ocaml-srpm-macros.git/tree/macros.ocaml-srpm - not a plain list of arches, but rather proper macro definition
