Description of problem:

We retired hawkey in f26 but supermin had a dep on it. The current version in f26 won't install because of deps. From https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/596/18470596/root.log:

DEBUG util.py:439:  Error: nothing provides hawkey >= 0.5.4-1.fc23 needed by supermin-5.1.17-3.fc26.x86_64

This bodhi update already fixes the problem https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-62b39bcbbb

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 26-alpha by Fedora user dustymabe using the blocker tracking app because:

 supermin package can't install because we retired hawkey and it had a dep on hawkey.

+1 FE, the package only changes deps, and this can break various compose tasks.
