Description of problem:
[UI] - tooltips are missing on the new/edit vNIC profile dialog.

All tooltips are missing on the vNIC profile dialog.

The next tooltips are missing for the next scenarios:

1) New vNIC profile - enable 'passthorugh' property:
 - tooltip on QoS drop down - "'Network QoS' cannot be set if the vNIC profile is 'Passthrough'

- tooltip on Network Filter drop down - "Network Filter' cannot be set if the vNIC profile is 'Passthrough'

- tooltip on 'Port Mirroring' checkbox - "'Port Mirroring' cannot be set if the vNIC profile is 'Passthrough'

2) Edit vNIC profile that is attached to VM's interface - 'passthrough' property is disabled:
- tooltip on 'Passthrough' checkbox - "'Passthrough' cannot be changed if the vNIC Profile is used by a VM"

- tooltip on 'Port Mirroring' checkbox - "Port Mirroring' cannot be changed if the vNIC Profile is used by a VM"

3) Edit vNIC profile that is attached to VM's interface - 'passthrough' property is enabled:
- tooltip on QoS drop down - "'Network QoS' cannot be set if the vNIC profile is 'Passthrough'

- tooltip on Network Filter drop down - "Network Filter' cannot be set if the vNIC profile is 'Passthrough'

Attaching records.

Unless this is part of the new ui design, tooltips should be there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Comment 1 Oved Ourfali 2017-08-20 11:15:14 UTC
I assume this can be handled by the relevant team.
Moving to Network.

Comment 2 Michael Burman 2017-08-30 06:38:06 UTC
This need some more work - the scenarios equal to the numbers in comment#0 -

Scenario 1) Taking time until the tooltips are shown, need to find the specific place in order the tooltip to pop up - attaching record

Scenario 2) No tooltip for Port Mirroring, BZ for the 'passthrough' property, shouldn't be enabled if used by a VM - BZ 1486547

Scenario 3) No tooltip for Port Mirroring, BZ for the 'passthrough' property, shouldn't be enabled if used by a VM - BZ 1486547

Moving back to assigned.
