Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration -> Management -> Ansible tower job templates
2. Add a filter
3.

Actual results:
Filter is not displayed in the tree view. Global/My filters folders are not displayed in the tree view.

Expected results:
Add global/my filters to the tree view and filters should be displayed there.

Just note, that Ansible tower job templates are now under
Automation -> Ansible Tower -> Explorer -> Job Templates.

Can see the filter in the list.
Verified in CFME 5.9.0.2
